Resilience, perseverance and independence are reflected in everything we do with young people, helping them conquer obstacles to education, reconnect with learning, and assist them in their future endeavors. Like a lighthouse, we serve as a guiding light assisting young people in navigating through challenging situations, and offering support to help brighten someone else's path.

Lighthouse Outreach is an outreach organisation supporting children and young people with social emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a place where we aim to make a difference in the lives of young individuals by providing them with the necessary support and guidance to overcome their challenges and thrive in life.
Over 350 million men and women globally, belonging to different age groups, are victimised by depression. It is a commonly occurring disorder that slowly takes charge of your mind, body and life. Amongst the different antidotes and therapies available and practised to treat depression, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is considered a useful and successful treatment procedure.

Our flexible outreach service of 25 hours or more of support each week during half terms and up to 15 hours weekly during term time, offers respite to parents/guardians and assists autistic adults to take part in activities outside their home, build their confidence and become more independent in all aspects of life. We can help people to take part in their favourite sport, club or attend a college course.
Lighthouse Outreach provides numerous services to schools, all designed to assist students in boosting their self-esteem and enhancing their self-confidence. One of their programmes is a course on anger management, which we can now provide at your school.

Lighthouse Outreach teach Emotional Literacy. Emotional Literacy is a key skill that helps us manage our emotions. Children take timeto understand emotions and their emotional intelligence needs time to be built.
